After many years of wanting to move to the North Carolina Mountains I was happy to be able to relocate in July of 2013. Previously, I lived in Durham, NC, volunteered, and then worked for the Animal Protection Society of Durham as an Adoption Counselor. I also had the privilege of working for Duke University in their End of Life Institute. I am originally from the beautiful state of New Hampshire and worked as an Administrative Assistant in Behavioral Health and Substance Abuse services for many years. I am thrilled to have found my true passion of working for animals by volunteering and working in Durham, Asheville, and now joining R.E.A.C.H. I live in Weaverville with my family, our cat Pippin, and our two dogs Bronx and Sophie.
